Some people still question whether Earth's climate is changing as rapidly and profoundly as the majority of climate scientists suggest. The International Geosphere-Biosphere Programme has created a climate-change index to help show the scale of change the planet is undergoing. Composite index components comprise temperature, Arctic ice cover, CO2 levels and Sea Levels.
